9. CLIFF EDGE
You emerge from the forest and find yourself in the open, on the edge of a cliff. Just ahead, the trail continues back into the trees.
The wind is gusting and thunder rumbles. You step to the edge carefully and look over. Ten feet down the cliff wall, you see a ledge.
Below that, just a dark green sea of pointy treetops.
