Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a video game and do I have to download an app?
Nope! Our online games are web-based. All you need is a web browser, pen & paper, some free time, and your big, beautiful brain. Snacks and clever friends wouldn’t hurt.
How long are the games?
That depends on how fast you go and how much help you have, but it’s possible to finish a game in an evening. Players have reported taking anywhere from 2-6 hours per game.
Will you share the answers to the games?
Much like books and movies, our games are meant to be enjoyed to the end — and we will never spoil them. If you want to know the answers, you’ll need to solve the puzzles.
I’m stuck. Can you help me get unstuck?
Each game page explains the basics of the game, but if you need clarification, feel free to ask using the web form on the game page. If you need help solving individual puzzles, you’ll need to recruit a friend or two to play with you.
How do I play with friends remotely?
Start a video chat (like Google Meet or Zoom), invite friends in, and screen-share the game page with everyone else.
How long do I have access to the game?
Unless the game description says otherwise, your access to each Treasure League game will last 30 days. Your account at Jetpack.ca will still exist, even if you have no active games.
